Refund Policy

Because every Dark Celestial Collections item is custom printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please review our sizing chart carefully before ordering.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind the quality of every product. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. To be eligible, you must:

• Contact us within 30 days of delivery
• Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
• Email us at scriptaccesssolutions@proton.me

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order is marked delivered but you have not received it, please allow 3 additional business days before contacting us. For orders lost in transit, we will re-order or issue a refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, your order has entered production and cannot be cancelled.
